The Ewe & Lamb is a restaurant on Hanbury Road, Bromsgrove. For celebrations it offers private dining rooms for around ten guests and a garden room with a heated marquee that can seat up to 80. The venue says weddings and receptions of around 20 to 80 guests are ideal, with dining choices from buffets and afternoon tea to à la carte.

Whether you marry in a church or at a register office, we cover the ceremony and then travel ahead to capture your arrival at the restaurant.

Group photographs

With smaller guest numbers, groups are quick and relaxed. We often take them at the ceremony location, where there may be more space, and then finish with a few informal groups in the garden.

Couple portraits

Short portrait sessions work well here: ten minutes in the garden before the meal and a few minutes later as the light softens.

Evening

For an evening reception, we photograph speeches, cake cutting and the first dance with care, keeping flash subtle in a smaller room.

Changing weather

A heated marquee and indoor rooms mean the day carries on regardless of the weather, and we can use doorways and covered areas for portraits.
